Specialisation
Psychologist and psychotherapist specialising in cognitive-behavioural therapy. My approach focuses on understanding and modifying dysfunctional cognitive and behavioural processes, with the aim of promoting lasting change.
I was born and raised in Rome, where I graduated in Clinical Psychology. I then continued my training in Milan, specialising in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy at Studi Cognitivi, delving into evidence-based techniques for the treatment of mental disorders. During my professional career, I gained clinical experience both in private practice, as a psychotherapist for a well-known online platform, and in facilities in Rome and Milan as a trainee psychotherapist. I also spent a period in Turin, working in a therapeutic community for addiction patients. For the past year, I have moved to Switzerland, where I continue to offer psychological support, helping people to understand and modify their thought and behaviour patterns to achieve greater psychological well-being. Our senses guide us in perceiving what happens to us, but it is thought that gives meaning to events, influencing emotions and behaviour. Over time, this process can generate virtuous or vicious circles that affect our well-being. Cognitive behavioural therapy helps to interrupt these patterns, working on thoughts and actions to promote positive change.
