Su di me
Psychologist and psychotherapist in training, specialising in a systemic-family approach, I accompany adolescents and adults on their growth path, promoting new perspectives, functional relationships and psychological well-being.
I was born and raised in Italy, where I obtained a three-year degree in Developmental and Life Cycle Psychology and a specialisation degree in Occupational Psychology at the University of Pavia. During my professional career, I worked as a psycho-educational consultant and support teacher in a primary school, supporting children with difficulties through personalised educational strategies and promoting social integration in the class group. In parallel, I offered psychological and pedagogical counselling to parents and children, creating a listening space to understand problems and develop targeted interventions. After moving to Switzerland, my training continued with the start of the Mara Selvini Palazzoli School of Psychotherapy in 2021, specialising in the systemic-family-individual model. Since 2022 I have been working as a psychologist and psychotherapist in training, dedicating myself to adolescents and adults. My approach integrates attention to individual symptoms with a relational, couple or family vision, to identify difficulties, promote new ways of communicating and foster more functional relationships. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment in which people can explore thoughts, emotions and challenges, activating new perspectives, life projects and ways of interacting with themselves and others. My mission is to foster mutual understanding and personal development for deeper and lasting psychological well-being.
