You know when you feel the need to stop for a moment and understand yourself or be better understood? Here at Psychology and Well-being we have designed and created a space to meet these needs, with young and old in mind. We will organise relaxation groups, where we laugh, share, create authentic connections, and why not, even beautiful friendships. The time has come to recharge and grow, like a coffee break for the soul and mind, sharing together.

Dramatherapy is a discipline that promotes well-being through stage play and the creative exploration of one's emotions:
