Data Processing Principle
The Centre for Psychology & Well-being in Zurich operates the websites www.psicologiaebenessere.ch and www.psicologoazurigo.ch and is responsible for the processing of data on these pages. We process the data of our members, interested parties, customers or other persons in accordance with the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Federal Data Protection Act DPA), e.g. within the scope of contractual services or the existing general provisions. The data processed in this context, the type, scope and purpose as well as the necessity of their processing are derived from the respective contractual relationship. In principle, this includes general and personal data of persons (e.g. name and address) as well as contact data (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone number, etc.), contractual data (e.g. services received, content and information provided, names of contact persons, etc.) and, where we offer services or products for payment, payment data (e.g. bank details, payment behaviour, etc.). We also point out that we use external IT service providers and cloud providers with servers in Switzerland for data processing. We collect some personal data ourselves, e.g. from public registers, in social accounts or on websites. Collection of general data and information

We use audio and video conferencing to communicate with our users and others. With audio and video conferences we can in particular conduct virtual meetings and training courses as well as webinars.
