From 4 March 2025, 'From isolation to confidence' lands in the premises of Psychology & Well-being (Schaffhauserstrasse 345, 8050 Zurich) to guide you, step by step, out of the comfort zone and into a new mastery of yourself and your communication.
Leading the journey is Gian Filippo Floriddia, a professional actor with international experience in improvisation, playback theatre and psychodrama. Between storytelling exercises, public speaking and improvisation, he will teach you how to tame fear of judgement and convert the energy of anxiety into charisma: practical training that strengthens voice, body language and emotional intelligence, qualities that are indispensable today in meetings, job interviews, sales and leadership.
The course lasts eight weeks and follows a studied progression: starting with body presence and confidence, moving on to empathic connection and persuasive storytelling, and finally to pressure management and a final performance open to friends and family. Each lesson is a building block that nurtures inner confidence and builds authentic relationships within the group, creating a peer network that continues beyond the stage.
